Hi, I’m Bobbie, the person behind the Forget Me Not Collection. I’m so proud to bring you this special memorial jewellery collection. It has been lovingly created to help you preserve and cherish the sacred memories of your loved ones… both human and our fur babies too.

Grief is such a powerful emotion and can literally take your breath away…

It is my hope that when you wear a piece from this collection, you will feel a little closer to the ones that you have lost, and that in turn will help you navigate through your grief a little more gently.

how does the Process work?

Step 1

Scroll through our collection and choose your jewellery.
Select your inclusions such as cremation ashes, hair, fur, graveside soil or dried funeral flowers. Add any colours or extras.

Step 2

Once purchased, I will send you postage and packing instructions.
I will require a teaspoon of ashes/soil, a few strands of hair or a few petals.
Turnaround time is around 5-7 weeks

Step 3

I will let you know when I receive your inclusions. When your piece is completed, I will send you a photo to check you're happy with the design. I provide you with tracking details once your item is shipped.

What is the jewellery made from?

Almost all jewellery is set in sterling silver and clearly labelled as such. Some pieces are also available with rose gold or yellow gold plating. There is also the option to make some items in solid gold. Please get in touch for more details

How is it made?

Once you have chosen and ordered the jewellery you would like I will email you my address and packaging instructions Your inclusions and effects are added in layers according to your preference and what you would like visible. Only the highest quality jeweller’s resin is good enough for the purpose of creating memorial jewellery.

Will it change colour?

It is not unusual for your piece to change colour very slightly in the early weeks as it ‘settles in’ After this, I have had no experience with any of the pieces I have created changing colour unless poorly cared for. I offer a 12-month warranty but your jewellery is designed to last a lifetime. It is not advisable to expose resin to harsh chemicals such as chlorine or direct UV light for long periods. With normal wear, you should have no issues.

What is the turnaround time?

The turnaround time varies depending on a few factors but is generally a maximum of eight to twelve weeks from when I receive your inclusion. This is an outside estimate and many pieces are completed much quicker. I will keep you informed at every stage of the process and if I am expecting any delays then I will notify you.

How much of my inclusion do you need?

Please send around one teaspoon of ashes. Any that are unused will be sent back to you with your jewellery. Nothing is discarded. If you are sending flowers then just a few petals are enough and if you are sending hair then please include enough to pinch between two fingers at around 5-10cm length.

A good pinch of animal fur/hair is adequate.

Your inclusions are treated with warmth and respect the entire time.

You will receive a detailed email with everything you need to know after I receive your order.

What can I add?

Cremation ashes, hair/fur, soil, sand, fabric or flowers. If you have any other suggestions please get in touch and we’ll see what we can create together.

How do I ship my inclusion to you?

Please send around a teaspoon of ashes in a small plastic bag. A sandwich bag is ideal. Then put it inside another sandwich bag so any leakage is contained. This process also applies to soil and hair. Petals should be wrapped in a napkin or paper towel prior to going in a sandwich bag. You will receive an email containing the address to send your inclusion to after I receive your order. I’ll let you know when I receive your inclusion and I’ll keep you posted at each step of the process. When it is ready to ship I’ll send you tracking details.

How do I care for it?

Your jewellery metal may need a polish from time to time. Use the complimentary polishing cloth provided. Don’t polish the resin itself as it will make it dull.

Resin should not be exposed to chemicals such as hand sanitiser, hairspray, washing up liquid, sunscreen or chlorine. It is best removed before showering and swimming. Store out of UV light as long exposure may cause your piece to discolour. Good care will see your piece last a lifetime. If you regularly have your hands in water, a pendant may be a better choice for you. A care card is included with your jewellery.

Does it come with a guarantee?

Yes, a no questions asked 12-month guarantee. If you have any issues simply send your piece back to me and I will replace or repair it. If the piece you bought is no longer in stock then I will offer an alternative.

Who pays for shipping?

Tracked shipping of your jewellery via courier or Australia post is free within Australia. Solid gold items and those containing precious stones will be tracked and insured. International shipping is a flat $15 AUD. You are responsible for shipping costs to get your inclusion to me. I recommend using registered post. There is always the danger things may be lost in the post so please don’t send me the ‘last’ of anything.

How do I know it's my inclusions?

Your inclusion will be labelled when I receive it and the label will stay with it throughout the entire jewellery creation process. There is no room for error with the safety processes that I have developed.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, for a flat fee of $15 I will post internationally. It is your responsibility to post your inclusion to me. Solid gold and precious stones will be tracked and insured.
